The standard size is made to fit the majority of people.

Standard: Made for wrist circumference of 6.25" to 8.25"

Small: Made for wrist circumference of 5.75" to 7.75"

The watch band itself is absolutely amazing, but the pin that holds the the band and the apple watch connector kept coming out when I bent my wrist back.

Bought my wife a customized Apple Watch band. She absolutely loves it. Great craftsmanship! Used quality leather and arrived promptly. My only complaint is that the hardware linkage was faulty and broke soon after receiving. Otherwise happy with the product. :)

Great product

The strap is a little more narrow than I expected based on the YouTube video and pictures than I thought but that’s on me. The product itself is hands down the best leather strap I’ve found for iPhones. It’s built and finished very well and is super comfortable
