Real, Quality Leather:
Every cut of leather is different from the other. Not all products will look the same; each item is unique in its own way. The leather will also age and scratch a lot differently than what you are use to with store bought leathers, but that is the beauty of a nice leather! Each product will take on its own identity. Please allow and expect some of these natural markings and subtleties with any leather product offered.
All MorrisonMade products are made to order, which means they are not currently in stock and we make them when they are ordered! They are prioritized in the sequence that they are received. Please see our home page for estimated production times. This time will vary based upon the current number of orders.
MorrisonMade leather is operated by two craftsmen: a husband and wife team. Every item will be made with the highest quality and attention to detail.
Shipping will occur 1-3 days after the product has been made.
Shipping is available worldwide!
The buyer is responsible for having a safe and secured location for delivery.
Unfortunately, as a small business, I cannot be responsible for lost packages after USPS or UPS claims the package has been delivered. If you are having the package delivered to a business, etc. I will not be responsible for lost packages via any couriers or the likeness of such things.
Returns / Exchange
***These terms do not apply to customized items (initials, etc.)***
In the case that you're unhappy with your product, we will gladly allow a 14 day period after receiving your item(s) to send them back unused and in the same condition. It must also be in original packaging. Shipping costs for exchanged items are the responsibility of the buyer unless the exchange is the result of a shipping error on behalf of MorrisonMade. Once we have received your item(s) we will inspect them for signs of use. We do not refund original shipping fees.
Returns are not eligible on customized orders. This includes anything with initials.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted as follows but not limited to:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
We are beyond thankful for your purchase and support of MorrisonMade Leather. We value our customers and strive to make the absolute best product. Every product at MorrisonMade Leather is made with the highest attention to detail and quality. With that being said, sometime things do not always go as planned. Because of this, I warrant this product against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance for up to one year.
This means I will repair or replace any product found to be defective. If I can fix your product, I will do that. However, if it is beyond repair, I will replace it.
In the likely event that MorrisonMade Leather no longer carries the exact product you purchased, I will provide a store credit of equal value to the original purchase.
This warranty is only valid through the original owner. I may require your email or shipping address to verify that you bought directly from MorrisonMade Leather.
We want you to have the confidence that our products will stand the test of time. This does not include neglect, misuse, staining, or the natural patina process. Or doing things like using your wallet to play frisbee or taking it for a swim.
