Missing Item / Warranty

My husband’s favorite belt (worn almost everyday for over the past 3 years) had a rivet fallout. We emailed to ask if the shop offered repairs and what the charge would be. Not only did they repair the belt, but there was no charge! Absolutely outstanding products and company that stands behind their products!!!
